of diagnostic Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) instruments with battery cases,
lights, and ear pieces; a glass bottle with rubber stopper labeled "fractionally
distilled water," commonly used for irrigation of wounds, boils, cysts; two
metal and glass syringes; a chrome cylinder designed to hold long cotton
swabs; and a green, white and red metal physicians seal. Belonged to Dr.
Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) who was an Intern at Children's Hospital in
Denver
from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine from 1926 to 1952. |
