This
is a formal hat that consists of a black tri-cornered felt form covered with
white, pastel blue, pink and green feathers that are glued into place. A
layer of tulle covers the hat and additional tulle is gathered at center
back. Originally belonged to Anna F. Ginsberg Hayutin.
