A
black plasticized "straw" hat with "horsehair" for decoration. The "horsehair" is
used ornamentally with steamed flat loops that are around 3/4 of the hat.
Ten yards of fray with black plaid are tightly woven with stiff tulle in
tucks to form bows. Originally belonged to Anna F. Hayutin Ginsberg.
