Doctor's Leather Case Filled with Pieces From a Diagnostic (ENT) Set (Detail View)
A black leather rectangular case with metal clasp on outside. The top is personalized with owner's name, "Arthur L. Esserman, M.D." The inside has plum colored velvet lining and three inner sections. The case is filled with pieces from a diagnostic (ENT) set. This view shows the inside and the diagnostic set. Belonged to Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) who was an Intern at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colo., from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine from 1926 to 1952.
