black leather case with zipper on one side. The inside has a leather band,
most likely used for holding syringes in place. Belonged to Dr. Arthur L.
Esserman (born 1898) who was an Intern at Children's Hospital in Denver from
1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine from 1926 to 1952.
